3、（股份代號：606）。本公司為中駿集團控股有限公司（股份代號：1966）（簡稱 中駿控股，連同其附屬公司但不包括本集團，統稱為 中駿集團）的附屬公司。本集團主要業務包括商業物業管理及運營服務和住宅物業管理服務兩大板塊。本公司運營總部設於上海，服務範圍遍佈海峽西岸經濟圈、長三角經濟圈、環渤海經濟圈、粵港澳大灣區及中西部地區。於二零二五年十二月三十一日，本集團在中華人民共和國（中國）18個省、直轄市及自治區的56個城市擁有龐大的已簽約物業管理組合，當中包括安徽、北京、重慶、福建、廣東、河北、河南、湖南、江蘇、江西、遼寧、山東、陝西、上海、四川、天津、雲南及浙江。本集團的商業物業管理服務分部及住宅物
