2、ontinuous time linear equalizer(CTLE)is a low-complexity and high-efficiency time-domain equalization technique,which is widely deployed in signal integrity(SI)design,including low-power double data rate memory,die-to-die interconnect and so on.However,CTLE modeling techniques can hardly achieve sat
3、isfactory accuracy since the amplification effects are nonlinear with respect to different voltage levels.Hence,they might lead to optimistic estimation for inter symbol interference(ISI)and pessimistic estimation for inter channel interference(ICI),and thus lead to various estimation bias in system
4、 design margin.This paper investigates a novel CTLE model using dual-transfer functions(DTF),which innovatively creates a weighted transfer function with two specific frequency-domain responses extracted from the reference and high/low voltage levels.The proposed method directly acts on both large a
