2、rmation Classification:General Abstract Through extensive testing of the 800Gbps Low Power Optics(LPO)system,it has been verified that the LPO performance based on the Silicon Photonics Modulator scheme is the best and has been validated in small batches.In the 1.6Tbps scenario,LPO systems remain on

3、e of the key areas of exploration in the industry due to their low power consumption advantages.To maintain signal integrity in higher speed communication,it is necessary to maintain high linearity.As the speed increases,the high-frequency nonlinearity of the Driver chip will increase,while the cont

4、radiction between the driving voltage(Vpi)and bandwidth of the Silicon Photonics Modulator becomes more significant.Therefore,how to balance the linearity,bandwidth,and optical multi-path interference of the Silicon Photonics(SiP)will seriously restrict the feasibility of the 1.6Tbps LPO system.Auth
