3、 with the rec-ommendations and suggestions of the German Corporate Governance Code(Deutsche Corporate Governance Kodex,DCGK),as amended on April 28,2022.The remuneration system for members of the Board of Management is aligned with the business strategy as well as the sustainable and long-term growt

4、h of the Company and was approved by the Annual Shareholders Meeting according to Section 120a Subsection 1 AktG on July 8,2020 with an approval rate of 95.33%.It can be accessed on the Companys website at whttps:/group.mercedes- of the Supervisory Board as well as the corresponding amendment to the

6、port 2021 was presented to the Annual Shareholders Meeting for approval pursuant to Section 120a Subsection 4 AktG on April 29,2022,and was approved with an approval rate of 90.24%.The Remuneration Report 2022 was audited by KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprfungsgesellschaft,exceeding the require-ments of Secti
