4、,fully diluted funds from operations(“FFO”)increased to 26 cents in Q4 2018,an increase of 1 cent,or 4.0%,compared to Q4 2017,and 9 cents,or 9.5%,for the full year in 2018 compared to 2017.Comparative properties net operating income increased by 6.6%in Q4 2018 compared to Q4 2017.We made significant

5、 headway in solidifying our balance sheet,reducing leverage by 590 bps and high-grading our portfolio through redeploying proceeds from non-core sales into strategic growth opportunities offering stable,sustainable cash flows for the Trust.In 2018,Dream Globals Dutch portfolio delivered strong perfo
