3、r the MFI findings alongside insights from the NHS Staff Survey,which is one of the largest workforce surveys in the world.It has been conducted every year since 2003 and this year 707,460 staff took part.Since 2021,the survey questions have been aligned with the NHS People Promise,which sets out in
4、 the words of NHS staff the things that would most improve their working experience.The NHS People Promise includes the following commitments:We are compassionate and inclusive;We are recognised and rewarded;We each have a voice that counts;We are safe and healthy;We are always learning;We work flex
5、ibly;We are a team.The recently-published results of the 2023 NHS Staff Survey have offered some encouraging signs of improvement in morale and wellbeing,yet still some causes for concern:42%1 of staff have felt unwell as a result of work-related stress in the last 12 months(2022:45%,2021:47%,2020:4
