For every 100 000 people, Seoul hosts around 6 Mw of operational data centre capacity, more than Tokyo, even though Tokyo has a larger data centre porfolio in absolute terms. Among the FLAP-D markets (Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam, Paris and Dublin), Frankfurt leads with 85 MW, while Paris ranks the lowest at 6 MW, the same as Seoul.
